Arriving on campus: Please arrive after 3:15 due to dismissal traffic. As you enter the campus, follow the main road down to the bottom of the hill then follow the circle around to the gym.
Course: The course is in pretty good shape at the moment. However, as with every course there are a few roots. They will be marked with red paint. Our course is mostly on grass and trails but there are few fine gravel sections as well as two brief pavement crossings. The finish is around the track for both the 3k & 5k.
Athletes may use the infield for warm ups and cool downs, they may also use our XC trails.
Spectators: Spectators will NOT be allowed on the track, or in the infield.
Team tents will be allowed. We ask that they be set up in the area behind the track bleachers. Please do not set any tents up on the soccer field or the turf field.
Restrooms: Please have your kids change into their meet attire prior to leaving your school. Should anyone need to use the restroom, facilities are located in the front of the gym and locker rooms are located at the rear.
We will have a trainer on site during the meet. She should primarily be near the Start/Finish area inside of the track but she will be roaming around. We will also have water coolers for each team, however your kids will need to bring their own water bottles. Teams are encouraged to provide their own water.

Boys 5k-5:00 PM
All high school boys- arrive by 4:00
Girls 5k-5:30 PM
