Meet Details:

Where:
Gaston Christian School
1625 Lowell Bethesda Rd, Gastonia, NC

Arrivals:

• 3:30pm- Middle School Athlete Arrival
• 4:15pm- High School Athlete Arrival

Race Times:

• 4:30pm- Girls 3K race time
• 4:50pm- Boys 3K race time
• 5:10pm- Boys 5K race time
• 5:40pm- Girls 5K race time

Warmup leaders & warmup times (usually 45 min prior to the race):

• 3K Girls (Mikaela & Valerie) 3:45
• 3K Boys (Jones & Nathan C.) 4:05
• 5K Boys (Eugene & Rey) 4:25
• 5K Girls (Emmie & Erin) 4:55

Parking:
If you come in the main entrance follow the loop all the way around to the back, where there are parking lots on both sides of the large gymnasium building. Park on either side. The track is behind the gym at the very back of the campus.

Team Tent:
Our Team Tent will be located in the grassy area between the parking lot and the track.

Course:
The course here starts and ends on the track. We have been told that the course has been changed a little bit from past years due to some construction and may have more distance on the track. If you are bringing spikes, remember there are road crossings and you will need 1/4inch nails for the track.

Restrooms:
There are restrooms available inside the gym.
