- The host team is not charging admission for this meet, so no need to purchase tickets.
- We expect the park to allow free entry for all spectators, however anyone who is not a resident of York County may be asked to pay the entry fee for the park ($8/person). Regular protocol at Catawba Bend is to scan your driver’s license at the entry gate to confirm residency. If the out of county fee would be a hardship for you or you would rather carpool, please email the coaches ASAP with the number of carpool seats you would need and we will work with you.
- If you have extra space in your vehicle, are a York County resident, and would be willing to help carpool if needed, please email the coaches crosscountry@trailblazers.team
- When you arrive, please drive all the way up the park road to the grass parking area, which will be marked.

Course Details:
This is a beautiful park and should be a challenging, but fun course. The course starts downhill and finishes downhill, which means there is more downhill than uphill overall. It is a hilly course. It is all on grass or trails and mostly shaded, through an old loblolly pine forest. Really a delightful place to run and should be great for viewing too.
Other Event Details:
- Our Team Tent will be located between the start and finish lines.
- Please be respectful of any signage and VIP areas marked for County Officials in connection with the Grand Opening Ceremony.
- There will be porta-potties available.
- We will have Urban Announcing providing commentary and music throughout the event.
- Mitchell Timing will serve as our timer: https://www.mitchelltiming.com/
Awards:
- Medals: Top 7 in both the Varsity and JV races
- Team plaques: 1st and 2nd place varsity, 1st only JV

The county will have food trucks on site.
